Yoko Onda makes her pottery in a small town in Gifu, there is a community for potters. Her pottery has rusty touch with specially mixed glazes. Her pieces are simple yet beautifully designed. For color gold, though it is still food safe, it is recommended to avoid acidic food such as lemon and tomato as they will stain the plate.
