Chiharu Oguro, a potter based in Yaotsu, Gifu, creates distinctive, hand-built ceramics that stand out for their organic and unique forms. By crafting each piece without the use of a traditional potter’s wheel, she achieves shapes that feel more natural, sculptural, and full of character.
